Specimen photography for public domain access

The Paleontological Research Institution maintains an impressive collection of fossil and modern invertebrate specimens. In support of two different grants, I carefully photographed hundreds of modern Mollusca specimens collected along the Eastern Seaboard as well as many fossilized creatures found in New York originating from the Devonian Period 419-359 mya.

Special thank you to Vicky Wang, Leslie Skibinski, Rob Katz, Dr. Maureen Bickley, and Dr. Warren Allmon!
